Deep well water extraction is an ongoing challenge under harsh conditions. If groundwater contains strong acids or alkalis, it will continuously corrode the pump, causing rust, deterioration, frequent failures, and short service life. Frequent maintenance increases costs and disrupts water supply.

Application
Deep Well Water Extraction in Coastal/Island Areas
Pain Point: High chloride ion concentration in coastal groundwater and seawater causes ordinary deep well pumps to pit, rust and require frequent short-term maintenance, affecting stability.
Solution: 316L material (PREN ≥25) offers excellent chloride ion corrosion resistance, effectively resisting seawater and high salt spray, and operating stably with low maintenance in coastal irrigation, island water supply, coastal power plant cooling and other scenarios.
Food and Beverage Production:
Pain Point: Deep well water in chemical parks and mines contains acidic and alkaline media like dilute sulfuric and hydrochloric acid. Traditional pump casings easily corrode and leak, leading to short service life and potential cross-contamination.
Solution: 316L stainless steel features outstanding acid and alkali resistance (pH 2-12). Equipped with a triple sealing system to prevent corrosive leakage, it serves chemical wastewater treatment and mine drainage with 5 years rust-free operation, ensuring production safety and stable water supply efficiency.
Agrochemical and Fertilizer Packaging:
Pain Point: Geothermal wells feature high water temperature up to 80℃ and contain sulfides, minerals and other corrosive substances. Pumps made of ordinary materials are prone to aging and corrosion, failing long-term stable operation.
Solution: 316L stainless steel maintains excellent oxidation resistance at high temperatures, resisting geothermal high-temperature corrosion. It is ideal for geothermal heating and hot spring water supply, delivering stable long-term water conveyance.
